About Our Founder, Caitlin Van Berkel

Caitlin spent 15+ years inside the hiring process, leading recruiting teams at top companies like DoorDash, WeWork, and Drift. She has reviewed thousands of resumes, advised senior leadership on hiring strategy, and personally extended over 500 job offers. She knows exactly what hiring teams look for - because she was one of them.

In 2023, she founded Silver Lining Career Coach to bring that insider knowledge directly to professionals. Since then, she has helped over 100 clients secure offers from industry leaders, including Apple, Meta, and Google. Trained by renowned coach Tara Mohr, Caitlin has supported professionals from Associate to VP levels across a variety of business roles.

Over the years, Stephen has reviewed thousands of resumes, conducted countless interviews, and supported candidates through everything from career pivots to high-stakes offer negotiations. In addition to his work in recruiting, Stephen is also a real estate professional, where he regularly guides people through major life decisions.
